Not a transfer agent
Title does not move here. Your counsel and transfer agent still prepare the papers and update the books off-platform.
Does not move money
It never holds or moves money. Consideration still moves the way it does today.
No platform fees
Shareholders pay nothing. Shareholder Center is not paid when a block changes hands.
